Inspectors of the distempered
Cattle}
An Account of
[..] being laid before this Court by the Inspectors of the distempered horned
Cattle in this County of Money by them alledged to be due to them for their Service in
looking after the distempered Cattle in this County to the second day of December 1752
which Account mentions to be due to the said Inspectors, to wit

The Consideration of which Account was by order of Sessions referred to a Committee
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
of this County to inspect the same Now upon report
made unto this Court by three of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
of this County being a
Quorum of the said Committee to wit Thomas Lane< no role >
George Errington< no role >
and William
Caslon
Esqrs
. that they have perused and inspected the said Account and do report that
there is due to the several Persons mentioned in the said Account the several Sums of
Money therein mentioned which ought to be paid to them the same being written over
against their respective Names This Court being satisfyed of the Truth of the Premisses doth
confirm the said Report and at the Instance and Request of the said Inspectors Doth order
that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer
of this County do pay unto the said Inspectors respectively
the respective Sums of Money abovementioned written over against their respective
Names And that their respective Reciepts together with this Order shall be sufficient
discharges to the said Treasurer
for such Respective Payments.
