Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said Elizabeth Burkett< no role >
for herself says that on
Saturday Evening last about nine o'Clock Francis
Flemming< no role >
came to her House at which time
the persons now present who call themselves
Thomas Grove< no role >
William Higgins< no role >
Joseph Holden< no role >
and Green Maddox< no role >
were in the Room that said
Flemming went up Stairs into her Back Room and
said Grose Higgins Holden and Maddox followed
him that in about a quarter of an Hour after they all
came down that said Flemming brought the
Linen bag now produced in his Hand and put it
into the Cupboard in her back parlour and desired
this Informant to take care of it till he should
call for it And the said Charlotte Cooper< no role >
for herself
Says that she was present at this time that she
Saw said Flemming Grose Higgins Holden and
Maddox [..] go up and came down Stairs as aforesaid
and that she saw said Flemming put the said
Bag into the said Cupboard where it was found by
