These are to Certifie to the Churchwarden & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Dionis Burk Church in the City of London or to either or any of
Hem, That Elizabeth West< no role > of the sd Parish spinster is at the Prsent time
a Sojourner in the parisse of St. Mary in Bury aforesd, And that she is likely to be
Chargeable, by Reason of her weak Condition, shee being Same with a Rumihik
Humer & a Davour Attending it, by which Means she is Confynad to her Bed
being unable to hee her selfe, & at Prsent incapable of Doing any thing towards
a Lively hood. And Therefore Crave yor Assistance towards her Prsent Deleife and
Support During her Extremily, Oresse, shee must be returned to yor pish by vertue
of a Certificate from you Dated ye 21st. of May last Past, Witness our hand this
Twelfth Day of September Anne Driv 1715 .
