in the thirty second Year of the reign of our Sovereign

aforesaid who being
now here duly chosen sworn and charged to Inquire for our said Lord the King when how
and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon their Oath
that the said

being a Prisoner in His Majestys Prison of the Fleet
on the
Eleventh day of April in the Year aforesaid was and for a long time before had been Sick and
diseased in his Body and of such Sickness and disease did languish and languishing did
live until the said Eleventh day of April in the Year aforesaid when the said William
Brooking within the Prison
aforesaid by the visitation of God died a natural death and by
violent means or method whatsoever In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the
