Examination Text | Thomas Deale aged about 15 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields passed from the Parish of St. James within the liberty of Westminster says that his father Thomas Deale (who has been dead about three years) was a Helper in the Kings Stables, and that he lived in and rented an house in Hewits Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid at the yearly rent of 15 pounds besides taxes for the space of three years and there died, and that he this Examinant was never bound an apprentice or was a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together. Taken in the workhouse the eighth day of December 1749. |
