| Examination Text | Sarah Diston aged 40 years lodging at a house let out in tenements in Kynastons Alley in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr Dulado who lodged at a house in Cecil Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid for the space of two years at the yearly wages of 4 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same about 16 years ago, that she never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor hath been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since. Sworn the 18th Day of December 1756 before Benjamin Cox. |
