Examination TextWilliam Tye aged 57 Years removed from Saint Anne upon Oath saith that he is a Taylor By Trade and lived in & rented a House in George Street, Yorick Building in the Parish of St. Martin in the ffields from Christmas 1785 to Midsummer 17 [illegible] at the Yearly Rent of Twenty Seven Pose the said Taxes since which he has not Kept House rented a Tenement of Ten Pounds by the Year paid any Rates not done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement , that he was Married to his present Wife Elizabeth at the Parish Church of East Derehamin the County of Norfolk on the 6th Day of October 1767.
