| Examination Text | Patrick Murray aged 60 years in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields passed the Parish of St Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex upon his oath saith that is a Taylor by trade and lived in and rented an house in Russell Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid for the space of three years at the yearly rent of 26 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same about nine years ago, that he this Examinant hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since, that he was married to his present wife Sarah at a private house in Holborn after the manner of the Church of Rome about 27 years ago. Sworn the 12th Day of February 1767 before Thomas Kynaston. |
