Examination TextAnn ffrances Adams aged about 17 years Lodging [in] Strongthearms in Exeter Street in this Parish where she hath Lodged about six weeks, Saith she was never Married, that she never was bound an apprentice, was never a yearly hired Servant or Housekeeper, Saith she was born in the Parish of St. Giles in the ffields as she heard her Grand Mother Mabella Bright swear, That she hath heard her ffather was by Trade a Shoemaker, But never heard where he Served his time, Saith she don't known nor never heard of that he ever was a yearly hired Servant or Housekeeper, or where he was Born. // [in the margin] Removed to St. Giles in the ffields.
