This Examinant on her oath saith that she is about 30 years of age, that she never was married, that she was on the fourth Day of May last delivered at number 16 Malion's Gardens in the Parish of St. Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex of a female bastard child (since christened Mary) yet living and is become chargeable to the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields.
