Examination TextJohn Martin Funck aged 52 years Lodging at Mr. Harris in Pipe Makers Alley in Bedfordbury in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon his Oath saith That he is an Taylor by Trade and lived in and rented an House known by the Sign of the red Lyon in St Martin's Court in the Parish aforesaid for the space of Four years at the yearly Rent of Twenty five Pounds besides taxes quitted the same twelve years ago that he hath not kept house rented a tenement of ten pounds by the year nor paid any Parish taxes since, That he was married to his late Wife Sarah at the Parish Church of St James Westminster about Eighteen years ago by whom he hath Two Children to wit Martin George aged thirteen years and upwards and Jeremiah aged Ten years and upwards both now with this Examinant. Sworn the 9th Day of Novr. Before William Hyde.
