Examination Text | Jane Rivene aged thirty Seven Years lodging at one Mr Gill's in Black Boy Alley where she hath lodged near three months Saith she is the wife of Gabriel Rivene gone from her to Plymouth seven months ago to whom she was marryed at St Martin's Church four Years ago but hath no Children by him that her said Husband is a Staymaker and was bound an Apprentice by Indre for seven Years dated the first Day of March 1723 to one Peter Robeley lodging at Mr Codd's a Cheesemonger's in St Martin's Lane she knowing him an Apprentice and that he served his whole Time there which expired seven years ago since which he never kept house rented ten pounds by the year paid any parish Taxes or was a yearly hired Servant |
