Examination Text | Arabella Martin aged about thrity Years (in the workhouse) removed from Giles's Cripplegate Saith she is the wife of John Martin gone from her about two months ago and where he now is knows not that she was marryed to him at the hand and Pen at the Fleet near six years ago that he is by trade an Orrice Weaver and was bound an Apprentice by the Officers of the Parish of to one Richard Taylor in Denmark Court in the Parish of St Paul Covent Garden and there served him near seven Years and his master then removed over the way in the same Court to the Corner house on the right hand coming into the said Court from the Strand in the Parish of St Martin in the ffields and there he served his saith Master near seven Years nore which was the remainder of his Apprenticeship since the Expiration of which as aforesaid he never kept house rented ten pounds by the year paid any parish Taxes or was a yearly hired Servant hath two Children by her said husband Robert aged two years and an half and Elizabeth one Quarter |
