Examination TextElizabeth Brooks aged about Thirty five years now on Lodging the Corner of princes Street in great Wild Street at Mr Greens a Cheesemonger Saith that she is the wife of Wm Brooks gone from her to whom she was Married at Mr Gay's house in wild Street aforesaid about a year and a Quarter ago Saith he is by Trade a was bound apprentice by Indres for Seven years to one in Earls Court Drury Lane were he served all his time there which expired about years Since and that he never kept house Rented ten pounds by the year or paid any parish Taxes or was a yearly hired Servt This Examinant further Saith that her said husband has Left with her two Children which he had by a fformer (towit) aged Six years and James about one year and a Quarter Sworn the Day of 1736 Before
