Examination Text | Mary Willington aged about 48 years in the Workhouse Saith she is the Widow of Anthony Willington deceased abt Five years ago to whom she was married at Shadwell Church about Sixteen or Seventeen years since That he was a Musician and served his Time to one Mr Isaac a Dancing Master who lived somewhere in the City of London but whereabouts there cannot tell nor never heard where he was Born That her said Husband and she kept house of Six pounds by the year in White Horse Street in the parish of Stepney but paid no Taxes and never kept any other House paid ten pounds by the year or parish Taxes Saith That she this Examinant was a yearly hired Servant since her Husbands decease about Four Years to one Mr hicks at the White Horse in Shandois Street had Four pounds by the year Wages Diet and Lodging Left the same about ago and never Lived in any Service since hath three Children Vizt Tifford aged about nineteen years an Apprentice to one Mr Wyley on Wapping Wall Elizabeth about now a Servant to one Madam Jones in Exter Street and Anthony about an Apprentice to one Mrs near the horns over against Radcliffe Cross |
