Examination TextHenrietta Maria Fitzgerald in the workhouse saith she is the widow of James Fitzgerald who has been dead three years, that she was married to him at St Martin's Church near four years ago, that he was a Baker and served his time at Dublin in Ireland where he was born, that he never kept house rented 10 pounds by the year or was a yearly hired servant in England as she ever heard, that she has no child by him, that she was born in Green Street in this Parish next door to one Mrs Lowe who kept the Brandy Shop, that she was never bound an apprentice or hired to any service where she stayed a year, that her Father William Grant was a Vintner and kept house at Charing Cross but what part knows not.
