Examination TextMary Lettellier aged 30 years in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith she was married to her husband Robert at the ffleet in the year 1739, that he is a Weaver by trade and bound himself apprentice by indenture for seven years to his Father Daniel Lettellier, a Weaver who then lived in Cross Lane in Long Acre in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields about 20 years ago where and with whom he served the whole apprenticeship as she hath heard him say, that his said time expired about 13 years ago, and that he hath never rented 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes or been a yearly hired servant since, that she hath one child by him to wit Rose aged about two months. Sworn the 27th Day of May 1743 before me [blank].
