A month ago she stole a Watch from a Gentleman, who had accompanied her home, & pledged it: He recognised her a fortnight afterwards in a Butcher's shop - she was apprehended committed to Prison & convicted; but her sentence respited, in order that she might be delivered over to the Refuge for the Destitute.
