The Condicon of this Obligacon is such yt Whereas the Churchwardens above
named Hugh Mills< no role > Francis Morlye< no role > , Edward Grisdell< no role > & Wm Lawrence< no role >
Overseeres of the poore of the Parish of St. Clement Danes abovenamed
with thassent of two Justices of the Peace for the said County according
the Statute in that case made and provided Have putt Thomas
Atkyns an Apprentice to ye above bounden Edward Harvy< no role > and wth
him after the manner of an Apprentice to dwell & serve from the
day of the date hereof for ye terme of seaven eight yeares And have given
with the said Apprentice the sume of [..] three pounds sterling
If therefore the above bounden Edward Harvy< no role > and William Thomas< no role > this heires Executors or
Admrs. doe well and sufficiently provide for keepe and maintaine the said
Thomas Atkyns< no role > in by and with all and all manner of needefull & necessary
meate drinke washing Lodging Apparrell Lynnen and all other necessarys
meete and convenient for such an Apprentice dureing ye terme
of eight yeares And alsoe well and sufficiently save & defend and keepe
harmelesse & indempnified the Churchwardens & Overseers of ye poore &
theire Successors. and all the Inhabitants & Parishoners of St Clement
Danes which now are and hereafter shall be and every of them of and
from the Charge of keepeing and maintaineing of the said Apprentice
dureing the said terme And of and from all Accons Suiles & taxacons
whatsoever which the said parish or Parishoners of St Clement
Danes or any of them Shall or may incurre justeine or be putt
unto for or in respect of any manner of wise then this Obligacon
to be soyd and of none effect or else to be & remaine in full
