Resolved and agreed that in case any Action
or Actions Should be brought agt. the Justices of the
Peace on Account of Signing Warrants of Distress
agt. persons refusing to pay the Poor Rate or Scavenger
rate in this Parish or agt. any Person that Shall
Assist in the Execution of Such Warrant that such
Action or Actions be defended by the Church warden
& the Costs thereof Allowed them in their Account
