Read
The Number of Poor receiving Alms Exclusive of their Children
are 402.
Mr. Meadman reported to this Board yt. the old Buildings-
wd. Contain 72 Bedds but did not bring in an Estimate of the-
Repairs.
And also at the same time brt. in a Plan of ye. Additionall-
Building but did not make an Estimate of the Expence thereof-
And Mr. Remnant who was to bring in an Estimate of ye. Expence
with Mr. Meadman did not attend.
And their being some Houses in St. Clemt Lane the Back fronts of
which look into the Church Yard which wd. be convenient for the
Reception of the Poor it was proposed that 3 of the Committee shd.
Inspect into the sd. Houses to see whether they will be Convenient
for the Reception of the Poor together with an Estimate of the-
Purchase & of the further Expence of making the same Convenient
& thereupon
