Ordered yt. the Cd take an Acct. of the Poor that
are upon the Pention & Casuall Books and the
Number of Grown Persons & Childn. that are at
the Nurses and lay the same before this Board-
att their next meeting.

Ordered & Agreed yt. Mr. Meadman do make an
Estimate of the Repairs of the School House and
Alms Houses & also of the Additionall Building
from the school House to the Alms Houses and what
the Expence of such will come to and the Number
of Poor each will contain and lay the same before
this Board at their next Meeting.

And that Mr. Remnant make the same Estimate
and lay it before this Board at the same time.
