Mr Palmer Gift to 12 Poor Widows be Reimbursd.

Also the Sum of £9.0.0 Paid by Him for the
Insurance of the Workhouse

The same was Paid by Mr. Gyblett in Vestry
It was moved by Mr. Arpin That Two Wooden Air
Pipes be placed in the Necessary.
