there appeared a Ballance in his Hands of £291-

Whereupon It was moved by Mr. Bolton and
Seconded by Mr. Almack Mr. Hirst, Mr. Wilkinson
and others, That Mr. Oddy the Carpenters Bill
(Ordered to be paid last meeting) be discharged out
of such-Ballance and that the Remaining £191:17:4
be placed out in the 3 pr. Cent. Consolidatd. Bank
Annuities in the Names of the New Churchward [..]
and such of the Trustees of the Holborn Estate
as shall be agreeable thereto, Subject to the
direction of Vestry

There having been great Complaints of the Lavish
Expenditure of several Sums of Money for Public
Dinners and Parish Meetings
It was moved by Mr. Bolton and Seconded by
Mr. Hirst and others
That there be no Dinner usually called the
Visitation Dinner at the Expence of the Parish, nor any
allowance whatever under any other Appellation,
for such Dinner.
