Read and Audited the Accounts of the Churchwardens
for the Month of January Last amounting to the Sum

At the same time Read and Audited the Accounts of
the Overseers for the same Months Amounting to the Sum
of769.19
The Churchwardens having Received a Sum of
£10 from the Executors of Willm Redston< no role >
late of Plymouth
Esqr
and the same having been left under Special directions &
Contingencies a Release was Required by the Executors with
a Covenant to Return the same if the Contingencies happened
and the Churchwardens having Received the same and paid
the Money to the Overseers They requested that an Order might be
made that in Case of any Claim on them on Account of
Executing such Release. That they might be Indemnified
The Question was put Ordered that they be Indemnified Nem Con
An Actress having been brought against Mr Curtis
the Overseer by one Andrew Stevens< no role >
for Executing a Want
of Bastardy and the Circumstances Attending the same
having been Represented to the Board- and Mr Curtis Requesting
to be indemnified Ordered Accordingly Nem. Con
A Motion being made that the Overseers be indemnified in
all Actions brought against em for the Execution of their Duty
while in Office - the same was moved by Mr Willis and seconded
by Mr Brett and Ordered Accordingly Nem Con.
