At a Meeting of the Churchwardens Overseers of the
Poor and Assisstants Pursuant to Notice

It is Unanimously resolved and Agreed that the
Election for an Apothecary be by Ballott

There being 3 Candidates for an Apothecary to super intend
the Poor of this Parish in the Room of Doctor Hawes who
has resigned and the same being ballotted for agreeable to
the above resolution when on Casting same up there appeared
For Mr. Moore 8 For Mr. Holder 7 and Mr. Mills One
Whereupon the said Mr. Moore was declared duly Elected
Apothecary to the Workhouse at 60 Guineas P Annum for the year ensuing on
his the said Mr. Moores under taking to Attend the Poor as
well in the House as out of it; should a Vestry approve
thereof.
