Doctor Hawes having this Day attended the Board and
in a Polite manner declined being Apothecary to the Work [..]
as well in as out of Doors he having been lately Chosen
Physician to the Surry Dispencary and his Busniess gr [..]
increasing was his reason for such his Declination The [..]
therefore Agreed thereto on his super intending the Poor till [..]
Chirstmas next
A Motion was therefore made by Mr. Bretto Second [..]
by Mr. Jones that the thanks of this Board be given to [..]
the Doctor for his Care and Attendance on the Poor during
his Super intending them as well in the Workhouse
Out of Doors, The same was Carried by a Great Majority
Adjourned to this Day fortnight at 6 o Clock in Order
Chuse an Apothecary in the Room of Doctor Hawes wh [..]
has resigned.
