At a meeting of the Churchwardens Overseers of the Poor and
Assistants pursuant to Notice

At a meeting of the Churchwardens Overseers Etc this day It
was Agreed to send Circular Letters to the several Coalmerchants
resident in this Parish who shall Chuse to serve the Workhouse with
Sixty Chaldron of the best Windsor Pontop or Tanfield Moore Coals
Pool Measure Clear of all Expences Subject to the Inspection of the
Overseers or who they shall Appoint, Forty Chaldron of which to be
Delivered forthwith and the other Twenty Chaldron to be delivered or
in Bushells for the Use of the Poor on St. Thomas's day next as Usual,
Proposals are desired to be sent Sealed up to the Workhouse in Carey
Street Specifying at what P Chaldron on or before Wednesday [..] the
11th. Instant at Six of the Clock in the afternoon The Persons proposal
who may be Approved of will be Immediately waited on by One or
more of the Overseers
