Assistants pursuant to Notice.

Mr. Davidson the Pawn broker having Attended this Board
with regards to taking in Cloaths into Pawn having the Parish mark
thereon which he was liable to be prosecuted for but he making a
Concession and beging Pardon for the Trouble he put them thereto
The Churchwardens and Overseers on his making such Concession
and Asking Pardon They Agreed to Stop all further Proceeding
agt. Him as also the Expences they were put unto on Account thereof
