Mop Yarn

A matter being Agitated with regard to Employing the Poor
whither it wod. be of Utility to Employ the Poor in the Spining of
Mop Yarn or the Spining of Yarn for Baize It is the Opinion
of this Board that the Mop Yarn shod. not be Discontinued
but that the Spining of Yarn for Baize wod. be also of
Utility It is therefore recommended to the Overseers to
try both and that the Old people be Employed in a
different Room from the Younger

A Motion made by Mr. Rainforth and Seconded and
the Question put whr. the Poor shod. Employed in the
