Meat Contract.
Agreed that Mr Addison Do serve the Workhouse
for Six Months Certain Vizt. Good Ox Beefat 2S-4D Pr. Stone, Good
Weather Mutton Vizt. Legs not less then 9lb at 3s-2d Pr. Stone, with
as many Breasts as may be Ordered at 2s-8d Pr. Stone, And
that all meat sent in for the use of the Masters Table be weighed
and sent in and at the same prices
Butter contract
And that Mr Nichols do serve the Workhouse
for
the same time with Butter and Cheese Vizt. Good Yorkshire
Butter at 34s Pr. Ferkin weighin 56 Pounds each Ferkin, Good
Gloucestershire Cheese at 35s Pr. Cwt agreeable to the Samples
now produced and in case the same shall not be approved of
that the same be returned and Changed from time to time
during the above Contract And that they do severally enter
inter a Contract for that purpose.

And that Mr. & Mrs. Greenwood do serve the Workhouse
for the same time with best second Flour at £1..10s..0d Pr. Sack, best
pale Malt at £1..10S..0D Pr. Quarter best split Pease at £1..7s..0d Pr.
Sack and best Oatmeal at 5s. Pr. Bushell.
Milk
And that Mr. Roberts Do serve the Workhouse
with
good Milk during the above Contract at 2s. 6d Pr. Dozen Winchester
