Abandon'd poor
Resolved that the Churchwardens and Overseers be request
to look out for a Detatched Building from the Workhouse
in
order to Employ the most abandon of the Poor there being many
abuses and other Irregularities Committed therein in Order
to prevent such abuses for the future.
