on Oath to and setled the Account
of the Rate for Repairing Cleansing and Lighting
from Lady day 1796 to Lady day 1797 upon
which there appears to be due to him to Ballance
this Account £75:10s..7d
Resolved that the said Mr. Howell be
allowed Twelve Guineas for his great Extra
trouble in the Collections for which this Committee
drew a Draft on the Bankers
