Mr Seymour for his Grace the of Duke of Newcastle
requesting leave to put up Iron Railing at the back
of a House lately Built by Mr. Davis in Surrey Street
which Building extends into Strand Lane
and where
formerly stood Wood Railing Resolved that he has leave so
to do under the Inspection of Mr Prince this Committees
Inspector
Great Complaint being made of the very bad
lighting of the Lamps in the upper part of the Parish
Ordered that the Contractor have notice thereof, as also
that unless immediate Amendment be made therein
that the Clerk Summon this Committed relative thereto
