and appointed pursuant to the Act
of Parliament for better Paving Cleansing
and Lighting this Parish Etc held in
the Vestry Room the 21st: day of September
1792

The Minutes of the last meeting read
and confirmed

Read the Return of the Inspector of Paving
and several Inspectors of Lamps

Examined John George< no role > on Oath to and settle
the Account of the Rate for Repairing Cleansing
and Lighting from Lady day 1790 to Lady day 1791
upon which there appears to be due from him to
Ballance the Account £13:15:5 but that he has
paid to the Bankers on Account to Lady day last
about £900:

The said John George< no role > having represented to this
Committee that by the lowering the Rate to 8d in
the Pound his Poundage is greatly diminished, that
he has been at much pains and trouble in Collecting
the said Rate & requesting the Committee to make
him some allowance Resolved that he be paid
Ten Pounds for the same, for which three of this
Committee drew a Draft on the Bankers.
