having Represented
to this Committee that by lowering the Rate to 8d.
in the Pound a third of his Poundage is
totally loss to him, and that he has been at very
great pains and trouble in Collecting the said
Rate and requesting this Committee to order him
some Recompence for the same whereupon it was
unanimously Resolved that he be paid Ten
Pounds for the sames for which the Committee draw
a Draft on the Banker
Mr. Trist of Arundel Street
Attending & requesting
have to Erect a Pallisado in a hire with those above
and below his House Resolved that the Committee
view and give Orders according to their Opinion
Read the Returns of the Inspector of Paving
and several Inspectors of Lamps.
