The Minutes of the last meeting Read & confirmed
Ordered that there he affixed up in the Vestry and
upon the Church for Publick inspection an Account of every
Penalty imposed upon any Contractor by the Act of
Parliament and also of all Penalties contained in every
Contract for New performance thereof and the made
prescribed for Recovery of Levying thereof and also the
times when the respective Streets Lanes and other
Passages and places are to be cleansed and the Lamps
Lighted and cleaned
Also an Account of the Penalty's contained in the
Act of Parliament heretofore Published by the Committee
Read the Returns of the Inspectors of Paving [..]
several Inspectors of Lamps to which Talboy & Dobins
were Sworn
Mr. Hayling the Lamp Contractor attended
and promised an Amendment in the Lighting the
Lamps
