Rates or Assessments made by virtue of the Act of
Parliament for better Paving Cleansing and Lighting
this Parish Etc which Twenty one Persons are to be a
Committee for the better and more effectually carrying
the said Act into Execution

Vestry Room of this Parish the
Ninteenth day of February 1790

The Churchwardens having informed the Parish
by notice in writing that the Inhabitants of the said
Parish having a Right to Assemble in Vestry had m [..]
at the Vestry Room of this Parish on Thursday the
Eleventh Instant pursuant to notice given in the
Church on Sunday then last for the purpose of
Electing and appointing a Committee for the better
Paving Cleansing and Lighting this Parish Etc
pursuant to the said Act and had then and there
