Westminster Bridge Office July 7 - 177 [..]

Mr. Nixon Inspector having presented on Oath to the
Commissioners that the Old Waste Stones and Rubbish are
not removed by the Contractor according to his Contract from
that part of the Footway of Essex Street which is finishes
so that Carriages are prevented from drawing up to the
Inhabitants Doors

Ordered that a copy of the above Minute be sent to
the Committee for the Parish of Saint Clement Danes and
that it be Recommended to them to cause the said
Waste Stones and Rubbish to be removed forthwith
