Ordered that directions be given to the several Committees that they do
Repair the several Streets and Places in their respective Parishes and
Places not yet Paved under the Direction of the Commissioners either
by Contracting for the same by an Annual Repair or in such other
manner as they shall think fit

Ordered that Serle Street and that part of Carey Street
which Bads
from Serle Street
to the Rolls Liberty
be Paved with flat Stones Nine
Inches Deep
That Milford Lane and little Essex Street
be Paved with
Pebbles
That Clare Court
be Paved with a Flatt Foot Paving not less than two
Inches and a half thick
That the above Streets and Places be Paved in such manner as the
Commissioners Surveyor shall direct
That the footways of the above Streets be Paved in like manner
as the Footways last Paved under the direction of the Commissioners
Ordered that the several Committees be desired to Return the Contracts
made by them agreable to the Clause in the Act relating thereto which
Clause is in Pages 8 and 9 in the Act printed by the Commissioners and in
Pages 607 and 608 in the Act printed by his Majesty's Printer
