Middx & Liberty of Westmr.

Whereas Mr. Symon Pyke< no role > of the sd. Parish of St. Clemt.
Danes Leatherseller hath made it his Request to us the
Present Churchwardens of the sd. Parish that he might have
the Low under the Wall in the South Isle late in the
Posession of Mr. George Tilsley< no role > deceased Desining that
the Sum of Three Pounds Three Shillings might be
accepted as a Consideration for the same to be bestowed
as seams most for the Benefitt of the sd. Parish Now
We the sd. Churchwards. doe for the Consideration aforesaid
Grant unto the sd. Syman Pyke the Pew above mentioned
during his Residence in the sd. Parish As Witness our
Hands the 11th. Day of Febry 1741 /2
