Whereas Charles Fletewood< no role > of the sd. Parish
of St. Clement Danes Esqr hath made it his Request
to us the Present Churchwardens of the sd. Parish that
he might have the Pew in the South Gallery late
in the Posession of James Stone< no role > Esqr . deceased at the
Yearly Rent or Sum of Five Pounds from Michal next Ensueing
the Date here ofdesireing that the sd. Yearly
Rent or Sum of Five Pounds might be accepted as a
Cosideration for the same to be bestowed as Seems
most for the Benefitt of the sd. Parish Now We the
sd. Churchwardens do for the Consideration aforesaid
Grant unto the sd. Cha: Fletewood< no role > the Pew above mencon'd
during such time as he shall Continue to pay the sd.
Yearly Rent or Sum of five Pounds & no longer as
Witness our hands the 21st. Day of Janry 1743
