Mary Harvey< no role > Wife of David Harvey< no role > a Soldier now in His
Majestys Service but she knows not where maketh Oath and
saith that upwards of Eight years ago she was lawfully
married to her said Husband David Harvey< no role > at the Parish
Church of St Martin in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
And saith that it appears to her this Examinant by an Indenture
of Apprenticeship Dated the tenth Day of October 1754 which is
now in her Custody that her said Husband was bound Apprentice
to Richard Sheffield< no role > of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
aforesaid in the said County of Middlesex Cordwainer for the Term
of Seven Years And saith that she hath been informed by her
said Husband and which she verily believes to be true that he
did actually live with and duly serve his said Master for the
full Term of seven years and he lived all that time with his said
Master in New Street in the said Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields in the said County of Middlesex And since the
Expiration of his said Apprenticeship he hath never rented
a Tenement or Lodging of so much Rent as Ten Pounds a
Year paid any Parish or other Taxes or done any Act Matter
or thing whatsoever which could acquire him a Settlement in
any Parish or Place
