to wit Mary Bedwith< no role > aged about
23 years upon her Oath saith that on the
20th. day of May last she Intermarried
with Thos. Bedwith< no role > her present Husband at
the Parish Church of Saint Ann's Soho That on
by whom she hath no Child or Children living
That on or about the 29th. day of October last
previous to her Intermarriage with her said
Husband and whilst she was a Singlewoman
she was delivered of a Female Bastard Child
in the workhouse belonging to the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes which hath since been
Christened by the Name of Margaret Rainer< no role > and
in now become Chargeable to the said Parish of
Saint Clement Danes That one
Clovely Shoemaker who lives at the sign of the
Red Lyon in Windmill Street in the Haymarket
is the only real and true father of the said Child
of which she was so delivered as aforesaid
he having had carnal knowledge of this
Examinants Body and begotten the same
thereon
