the 25th. Day of Febry 1740 Who upon her Oath saith
yt. her Husband Bryan Philpott< no role > served [..] five Years or
thereabouts the latter part of his Apprentiship with
one Mr. Danl. Stevens< no role > in the sd. Parish of St. Clement
Danes Printer And this Examint. further on her
Oath saith yt. during the last [..] six Months or thereabts.
she this Examint. with her Husband Lodged in Brewers
Yard in Shoe Lane in the Parish of St. Andrew
Holbourn Londn . & that the sd. Bryan Philpott< no role >
never Rented Ten Pounds a Year Paid Parish Taxes
or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other Place
to her knowledge or beleife yt. her sd. Husband now
absconds from her & haveing two Childn. (to wit)
