The Exaicon of Mary< no role > the wife of Wm. Anderson< no role > Lodging in
the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the County of Middx taken the 23th.
day of Janry 1739 Who upon her Oath Saith that abt. Twenty Years
ago her sd. Husband Wm. Anderson< no role > Served his Apprentispp with
one Mr. Pengrove in Tooley Street in the Parish of St. Olave in
Southwark Perukemaker And further Saith that her sd. husband
never Rented Ten Pounds a Year pd. Parish Taxes lived with any
Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for the Space of One Year or otherwise
gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to her knowledge or beleife that
her Husband is on Board one of his Majestys Ships of Warr and she
haveing two Children (to wit) Esther< no role > Aged upwds. of Eight Years and
Wm< no role > . Aged abt. two Years in poor & not able to maintain them
