to wit Mary Burn< no role > Aged about Thirty Years on her
Oath Says she never was married Rented House or paid
Taxes Says she lived a hired Yearly Servant with one [..]
Shipman at the Wheat at Sheaf in Holy well Street in
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex for five Years at the Yearly Wages of Five
Pounds Ten Shillings hath quitted the same upwards
Five Years ago and hath not since she quitted the same
ever Rented House paid Taxes or lived a hired Yearly
Servant for One Year And Further upon her Voluntary
Oath says she is pregnant with Child or Children w [..]
is or are likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and [..]
become Chargable to the said Parish of Saint Clement
Danes she being Poor and unable to maintain the [..]
when born Says that one Patrick Ward< no role > a Milkman
the Seven Stars at Bromley in the County of Middlex
is the Father thereof he having had Carnal Knowledge
of her Body in the said Patrick Ward< no role > s House same
time in the Month of June or July but the particular
Day she does not now remember and at one other. after time
at one of which time he got her with Child of the Child
or Children of which she is now Pregnant and that the
said Patrick Ward< no role > and no other Person did beget the
same and that he is the real and true Father thereof
