to wit Elizth. Swift< no role > Aged about forty Three Years on behalf
of Elizth. Warner< no role > an Infant aged about Nine Months whose
Mother Mary Warner< no role > now lies dead and the Father gone and left them Says
that James Warner< no role > Father of the said Elizabeth Warner< no role > rented
and lived in a House in Richmond Street in the Parish of
St. James in the Liberty of Westminster for Two Years or
thereabouts at the Yearly Rent of Twenty Six Pounds and
paid Parish Taxes due for the same and after quitting the
same never gained any Subsequent Settlement as Appears
by an Examination of the said James Warner< no role > taken the
8th. Day of September Last Past Signed by Thos. Kynaston< no role >
