to wit Ann Lewis< no role > Aged about Forty Years on her
Oath Says she is the Wife of Henry Lewis< no role > (gone
from her) with whom she Intermarried by Licence
at the Parish Church at Hammersmith about
Nineteen Years ago and by whom she hath Four
Children now living Vizt. Ann< no role > Aged about Sixteen
Years Hannah< no role > Aged about Eleven Years Henry< no role > Aged
about Three Years and Sarah< no role > Aged about Two Years
Says her said Husband Served Three Years the
Latter part of his Apprenticeship with Mr. Henry
Wallis
< no role > a Bricklayer in Stanhope Street in the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty of
Westminster as her said Husband and the said Mr.
Wallis has Informed her and which Information
she verily believes to be true and after he was out
of his said Apprenticeship he never Rented Ten
Pounds a Year paid Taxes or done any other Act
whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement
