Mary Jordan< no role > aged abt. 54 Yrs. Wido . of Henry Jordan< no role > upon Oath saith
that about 5 Years and Six months ago (being at that time a
Widow and having only one Daughter living, by her sd. late
husband, who was then married) she was hired to Mr.
Mannaton at the Crown & Anchor Tavern in the Strand
in the parish of St Clemt. Danes in the County of Middx
and lived with him as a Yearly Servt . for the Space of
3 Years & upwds. at the Yearly Wages of Five pounds
and that she hath not since she left her sd. Service
rented Ten pounds a Year paid parish Taxes lived a
Yearly Servt. for one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt.
in any other place to her knowledge or belief
